Before you order ...

Information

You have two options to receive your order: pick it up in-store or choose our
delivery service.

We only print JPEG and TIFF files. Additionally, make sure your JPG file is saved in "standard" mode; otherwise, it will not be compatible with our printers, and your order will be rejected.

Order Time

All prints on Professional Silver Halide (Traditional) Paper and Fine Art Giclée Paper require a turnaround time of 3 business days. Small "ready-to-print" orders can be completed within 1 or 2 business days, depending on workload.

All other products have a 5-business-day turnaround.

Mounted canvases require a
10-business-day turnaround.

Specifications

Our calibrations: sRGB, D6500, GAMMA 1/2.2

Make sure your JPG photos are encoded in RGB (not CMYK), in 8 Bits/Channel mode (to do this in Photoshop: Image > Mode > RGB > 8 Bits/Channel).
